打造服务型政府,提升政府部门的工作效率是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。通过对纳税服务标准化建设的实践探索,指出纳税服务标准化建设中存在的问题,并对纳税服务工作标准化建设提出建议,以期采取有力措施提升纳税服务的工作绩效。

A harmonious society requires building a service-oriented government to improve the efficiency of administration. Through the research on the practice in constructing the standardization of tax-payment service, problems are identified and suggestions are given on how to standardize tax-payment service so as to take effective steps to promote the performance of local taxation departments.
