淀粉改性及吸附性能研究

摘要 研究了以Cu(Ⅲ)离子为引发剂,淀粉与丙烯酰胺接枝共聚的反应规律及吸附规律.探讨了引发剂Cu(Ⅲ)浓度、反应温度、反应时间、淀粉与丙烯酰胺的质量配比等因素对单体转化率、接枝率、接枝效率的影响,确定了最适宜的引发体系、反应条件和工艺路线.同时研究了改性淀粉和纯淀粉对Pb2+的吸附性能.结果表明,淀粉经过改性后的吸附性能明显优于未改性淀粉的吸附性能,达到相同吸附量的吸附时间也缩短.最后,对接枝产物进行了红外表征. In this paper, the rules of copolymerization and adsorption abilities by the graft-copoly- mer with acrylamide and starch were studied. The experimental factors were included with the concentra- tion of the initiator,reaction temperature, reaction time and the mass ratio of acrylamide and starch. So the best react condition was obtained. At the same time, the desorption ability of modified starch was better than unmodified starch in evidence,and the time of desorption was shorter. Then the FTIR spectra of acrylamide,starch and their grafted copolymers indicated that the acrylamide had been grafted on the starch.
