摘要
向硅酸盐水泥中添加丙烯酰胺,利用水泥水化的内部环境促使丙烯酰胺聚合.与水泥水化产物结合的聚丙烯酰胺能在硅酸盐水泥中形成稳固的网络结构,起到改善水泥石性能的作用.通过实验发现,在硅酸盐水泥中掺加丙烯酰胺的量为2%时,水泥石的抗压强度提高了近20%,其内部结构也发生了变化,氢氧化钙的含量增加,絮状水化硅酸钙的含量明显减少.
Adding the acrylic amide in portland cement,the acrylic amide is polymerized in the condi- tion of the cement hydrate. The production of hydrate and the polypropylene come into the net structure. So the strength of cement can be improved. Through the experiment, we can find the capacity of acrylic amide is 2%, and the compression strength can be improved about 20%,and the inter-structure is changed,the content of Ca(OH)2 is increased,the the content of C-S-H is decrease in evidence.
