摘要
为了减少钢板在堆场的翻板量,实现精细化钢板物流管理,对船厂入库钢板如何安排堆放的问题进行了研究.首先分析船厂月钢板需求量分批次入库分配的过程,结合堆场堆存现状及钢板的出入库计划建立数学模型,在此基础上,采用遗传算法对数学模型进行求解,并运用VB.Net计算机语言进行编程.实例表明钢板分配策略能大大减少钢板在堆场作业过程中的翻板数量,为实现堆场科学管理提供有效依据.
In order to reduce turning times of steel plates in the yard and to achieve fine steel plate logistics man- agement, this article researches appropriate location for steel plates that are put in shipyard store ground. One month demand steels assignment process with several times is analyzed. Combined present stack situation with plans of putting in and putting out, a mathematical model is established. Based on the model, using genetic algo- rithm based on VB. Net computer language solves the solution. The example shows that the assignment strategy can greatly reduce the turning times of steel plates during operation in the yard, and it is an effective basis for re- alizing the dump site scientific management.
