摘要
针对地板辐射供冷中出现的结露问题,通过对地板辐射供冷表面结露机理的理论研究,讨论液滴形成的过程和条件,研究系统中影响结露的因素,分析了过冷度、壁面粗糙度、热边界层厚度、地板表面温度等因素与液滴形成的关系.理论研究结果表明:采用导热系数小、表面光滑的材料,增加入水温度,增大管间距,将辐射供冷与其他送风系统结合使用等方法可以防止结露.
In view of condensation problem of floor radiant cooling system, the factors affecting condensation are found out through researching condensation mechanism theoretically and discussing formation course and condi- tion of dew. The relations among various factors including super-cooling degree, surface roughness, thickness of thermal boundary layer, floor surface temperature and formation course of dew are analyzed. The result shows that condensation can be prevented by some measures, including adopting material with low thermal conductivity and smooth surface, raising temperature of supplied water.
