The professionalization of college students is vital for their specialization and sociali zation. Career awareness education plays an important role in their professionalization, which helps them change from natural person to social person. As the premise of college students＇ ca reer planning, the career awareness education can promote the formation of their career concep tion. In order to accelerate the career socialization of college students, educators should change their thoughts, update their concepts, and search for all kinds of strategies and methods to cul tivate the students＇ career awareness designedly at different levels.
