摘要
单层普通PE保鲜膜、双层普通PE保鲜膜、单层可降解保鲜膜、双层可降解保鲜膜等用于鲜切甜瓜的包装,以研究材质和保鲜厚度对鲜切甜瓜贮藏特性的影响。结果表明,双层保鲜膜处理有效的延缓甜瓜果实变质,减少失重,更好地保持鲜切甜瓜果实外观品质。双层可降解保鲜膜处理保持了较高的维生素C含量、POD和SOD活性。因此,双层可降解保鲜膜是鲜切甜瓜贮藏保鲜的良好材料。
In order to investigate the effects of packaging material and preservation thickness on the storage char- acteristic of fresh-cut melon, monolayer and nondegradable film, bilayer and nondegradable film, monolayer and degradable film, bilayer and degradable packaging results showed that bilayer film packaging delayed tained the appearance quality better; and activities of POD and SOD. The used for the storage and preservation materials were used for the package of fresh-cut melon. The the deterioration, reduced weight loss effectively and main- bilayer and degradable film packaging maintained the high content of VC conclusions were drawn that bilayer and degradable film is a good material of fresh cut melon
