摘要 高职院校所培养出来的学生总体素质和能力与用人单位的需要不相适应,产生这一矛盾的主要原因是由高素质应用型人才的培养目标与具有明显学科化倾向的课程模式不协调造成的。鉴于《路基路面工程》课程教学中过度专注于课程的理论体系,而忽略培养学生的实践能力的事实,提出立足职业岗位要求,按照工作过程的顺序设计课程,通过基于工作过程的项目化教学,促使课程更加适应职业教育的特点。 The overall qualities and capabilities of graduates in higher vocational colleges can not meet the need of employers. The reason is that academic curriculum model does not match training targets of applied talents with higher quality. Considering teachers paying much attention to the theory system of subgrade and pavement courses and ignoring student's practical abilities in teaching, this article discusses the courses teaching design meth- od based on the requirements of professional post and the sequence of working process, which could impel the course more adaptable to the characteristics of vocational education.
