为了实现市场经济条件下物流业的协调发展，针对我国物流产业供给结构性失衡和有效需求不足两个基本问题，从内涵、本质上进行了系统化的再认识，充分强调了物流需求的主导作用。基于对物流市场需求和供给的再认识，本文提出了刺激需求、优化供给、完善政策的意见和措施。

In order to achieve the coordinated development of the logistics industry in the market economy con- dition, aiming at the two basic problems of imbalance structural supplies and insufficient effective demands, the au- thor fully emphasizes the leading role of logistics demands ifrom the connotation and essence of the systematic un- derstanding in logistics industry, and puts forward to opinions and measures of boosting demand, optimizing supply and perfecting the policy.
