论实施城市道路拥挤收费的可行性

On the Feasibility of Implementation in Urban Road Congestion Toll

摘要 运用经济学中供需平衡关系等原理论述了实施城市道路拥挤收费的具体办法,介绍了道路拥挤收费的含义和在世界其他国家的研究现状,并提出了推行道路拥挤收费的两种方法。最后得出城市道路拥挤收费可以推行的结论。 The paper discusses the specific methods of implementing the congestion toll by economics princi- plesof balance relationship between supply and demand and introduces the significance of urban road congestion toll and current situation in other countries in the world, and finally concludes practicable implementation of urban con- gestion toll.
