依法治校是法治社会的必然要求,高校依法制定规章制度、完善规章制度,增强学生责任意识和法律意识,将"依法治校"理念付诸日常管理工作中。

Managing a university by law is the inevitable requirement of legal society. Universi- ties should formulate and perfect rules and regulations according to law, and enhance students＇ responsibility consciousness and legal consciousness, so as to put the idea of ＂managing a uni- versity by law＂ into practice.
