摘要
履带式装载机车架结构受力比较复杂,在设计时要对其进行强度校核是很困难的。本文对装载机车架进行受力分析,建立了车架的力学模型,将车架看作一个空间刚架,运用弹性力学及有限元理论对车架进行分析,选择几个典型工况作为车架有限元分析的计算工况,得出了车架强度的计算方法。
The force conditions of frame structure of tracked loader are complicated ; therefore it is very difficult to check its strength in design. In this article, the force conditions of the loader frame are analyzed with the theory of elasticity and finite element, the mechanical model of the frame is built, and the frame is regarded as a space rigid frame. Furthermore, several typical working conditions are selected as the calculation conditions of the finite element analysis, and then the calculation method of the frame strength is obtained.
