浅谈高等学校学术腐败的成因及对策

On the Causes and Countermeasures of Academic Corruption in Universities

学术腐败指学术活动中的各种不良行为,它不仅损害教育公信力,还浪费国家办学资源。治理学术腐败,应从健全惩治和预防学术腐败行为的法律法规、加强对学术腐败行为的监督、加大对学术腐败行为的惩处力度、改善科研考核和管理机制、加强对高校教师和科研人员的学术道德教育等五个方面入手。

Academic corruption refers to various bad behaviors in academic activities. It not on- ly damages the public trust of education, but also wastes the school-running resources of our country. In order to control the academic corruption, we should start with the following five as- pects： perfecting the laws and regulations of punishing and preventing academic corruptions, strengthening supervision on the academic corruptions, increasing the degree of punishment to the academic corruptions, perfecting the mechanism of scientific research evaluation and man- agement, and strengthening the academic ethics education of university teachers and scientific researchers.
