摘要
本文提出面向绿色加工中心的故障模式影响分析方法,将入模糊评价与可靠性故障分析相结合,以某数控机床厂生产的加工中心主轴子系统为例介绍了其故障模式对绿色性影响了模糊评价方法,并对各子系统的影响程度进行了排序,同时分析了故障产生原因,并提出了相应的改进措施,为机电厂品可靠性及绿色性研究提供了较实用的方法。
With the combination of fuzzy evaluation and fault analysis, this article introduces a fuzzy method of evaluating the influences of fault on green properties through taking the subsys- tem of spindle in machining center produced by numerical control machine tool works as an ex- ample, and schedules the influence degree of each subsystem. In addition, it analyzes the cau- ses of the faults, and proposes some corresponding measures, in order to provide a practical method for the study of the reliabilitv and greenproperties of electromechanical products
