大学生是社会发展的后备力量,他们的价值观健康与否,直接影响到就业和社会的发展。如今,在各种观念和不良社会现象的影响下,大学生的价值观发生了一些变化。本文通过对当代大学生价值观的现状进行分析,探寻其原因,提出引导当代大学生树立正确价值观的对策,以帮助其充分就业。

College students are the future reserve force of social development,whether their values are health or not will directly affect the employment and social development.Nowadays,under the influence of various concepts and unhealthy social phenomena,the values of college students have changed some.By analyzing the current situation of contemporary college students＇ values and exploring its causes,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of guiding contemporary college students to establish correct values so as to help them to get full employment.
