From the Learning Organization "Five Disciplines" to Observe the Construction of Learning Party Organizations in Colleges and Universities

文章以彼得.圣吉在1990年出版的《第五项修炼——学习型组织的艺术与实务》中的"五项修炼",即建立共同愿景、团队学习、改善心智模式、自我超越和系统思考为基础,集中研究了高校院系学习型党组织建设问题,对高校的基层学习型党组织建设具有一定的借鉴价值。

On the basis of ＂ Five Practice of the Learning Organizati Disciplines＂ from ＂ The Fifth Discipline--The Art and on＂ by Peter M. Senge published in 1990, namely building shared vision, team learning, improving mental model, self transcendence and system think- ing, this paper mainly studies the construction of learning Party higher learning and it may have a certain reference value for learning Party Organization in institutions of higher learning. Organizations in institutions of the construction of basic level
