摘要
通过对数控编程方法的分析和试验,提出复杂零件利用自动编程能够保证编程质量;在CAXA制造工程师软件上绘制要加工的复杂图形,加工方法及编程步骤;利用复杂图形实例验证。采用自动编程与加工,能够节约材料,在保证加工精度的情况下,提高生产效率。
Based on NC programming method of analysis and test, it puts forward that complex parts using automatic programming can guarantee the quality of programming, the processing of complex graphics in CAXA manufacturing engineer software rendering, processing methods and programming steps and use of complex graphics instance validation. Automatic programming and processing can save materials and improve the production efficiency in the condition of ensuring the processing precision.
