摘要 以某五节臂混凝土泵车臂架系统为研究对象,结合有限元理论和多体动力学理论,采用模态综合法,建立混凝土泵车臂架系统的刚柔耦合模型,以实测转台位移时间历程为激励,通过动力学仿真软件ADAMS对水平工况下臂架系统的泵送过程进行了动力学仿真,通过现场试验数据,验证了该方法的合理性。为泵车臂架系统结构动力学分析和结构改进提供了一种有效方法。 A five-section-arm concrete pump truck's ann support system as the research object, combined with finite element theory and the theory of dynamics of multi-body system, in this paper, with the modal synthesis method, it establishes the rigid-flexible coupling model of the concrete pump truck's ann support system; with the measured displacement time course as stimulation, it makes dynamics simulation for pumping process of arm frame system under the level condition through dynamic simulation software-ADAMS; through field test data, it tests the rationality of this method and offers an effective method for dynamics analysis of the pump truck's arm frame system structure and structure improvement.
