Man＇s education and cultivation are stressed in Cai Yuan-pei education ideology,which relates humanistic qualities of university students to spiritual innovation of a nation and has significance in enhancing humanistic quality education in universities.It is a process whereby we attach much importance to cultivating man with virtue and constructing campus culture under the new situation with ideological and political courses acting as the main channel.
