Case Method in the Context of Judicial Examination —— from the Perspective of Teaching of International Economic Law

司法考试对国际经济法考查以及国际经济法课程的特点决定了采用案例教学法的必要性。在国际经济法课程中采用案例教学要提高教师的素质、充分利用多媒体、灵活采用案例教学方式,正确处理好案例教学法与基础理论讲演式教学法的关系。

The necessity of using Case method is determined by judicial examination as well as the characteristics of International Economic Law.However,there is a definite need for the upgrading of teachers quality and their skills in managing multi-media facility and their flexibility in handling the cases.Teachers’ balance skills in resolving the relationship between traditional lecturing and case analysis is also needed.
