摘要 介绍了FDT模块式地层测试器中双探针模块的组成、功能及原理;对双探针模块中独特的结构及先进的技术进行分析、计算;与国内外同类产品进行比较。双探针模块环境指标设计为耐压20000psi,耐温175℃;双探针模块上的取样探测器抽取地层流体,地层测试器各探针在地层的3个不同位置上记录3个压力瞬变值,确定未受近井眼渗透率干扰的水平流度和垂直流度,确定地层水平渗透率和垂直渗透率,解决地层各向异性问题。FDT模块式地层测试器中双探针模块与单探针模块连接使用,在测量地层渗透率时具有更高优越性和测量精度,扩展了地层的探测范围和流体的多样特性,可以更准确评定地层储油能力。 Briefly introduced are the composition, function and operating principle of the double probe module in FDT, and analysed are the unique structure and advance technologies in the double probe module. The module is compared with the similar products from Chinese and foreign companies, which indicates that the double probe module has the advantages of convenient installation, reliable performance and unique structure. The designed pressure for the module is 20 000 psi and temperature is 175 ~C. The sampling device in the module sucks in formation flow, after which the probes record 3 instant pressure variations at 3 different position in the formation and determine horizontal and vertical flow not influenced by near borehole permeabilities so as to determine the horizontal and vertical formation permeabilities. If this new model is connected with the single probe module, it will have higher superiority and higher measurement precision in measuring formation permeability and extend detection range of formation and detection diversity of fluids. With the accurate horizontal and vertical formation permeability, it can evaluate the oil storage capacity in the formation.
