构建药学院校企业实践教学基地和校企联合培养人才新机制的思考

On the construction of the practice base for colleges of pharmacy in enterprises and the development of joint training mechanism

加强药学院校企业实践教学基地（以下简称基地）建设，构建药学院校与医药企业联合培养人才的新机制，对于提高药学人才培养质量具有重要意义。本文针对目前基地建设和校企联合培养人才的探索中面临的困境，对校企联合培养人才的机制进行了探讨，建议从高校、企业和政府三方面着手，改革现有药学教育办学模式，积极发挥企业主体作用，强化政府政策支持引导的职能。

It is very importance in improving the quality of pharmaceutical talents to strengthen the construction of the practice base for colleges of pharmacy in enterprises （ hereinafter referred to as the base） and to build a new training mechanism for the joint talent training-up by colleges of pharmacy and pharma- ceutical enterprises. In this article, the difficulties were analyzed that lie in the present exploration of base construction and joint talent training-up program, the training mechanism of the latter were discussed. Some suggestions had been advanced that reforms should be carried out from all three aspects, for example, university, enterprise and government, specifically, reforms in the existing pharmaceutical education mod- el, letting enterprises play an active role, and strengthened policy guidance and support from the government.
