摘要
九江学院农村定向医学生培养创新实验区建设的改革实践，是以政策为依据和长期面向基层培养适用人才基础为平台，从教育理念、培养目标、培养方案、基地建设等方面探索农村定向生培养创新实验区建没的创新模式和改革举措，并从理念创新、机制创新和举措创新三个方面体现了该模式的创新性。
Based on the national policy and past achievements of training applied health profes- sionals for rural areas, Jiujiang University has lunched the innovative experimental plot for a five-year pro- gram of tuition-waived rurally-oriented medical education （TRME）, including educational philosophy, training goal and objectives, training plan and teaching sites development. Creative features of the innova- tive TRME program will be elaborated in three aspects：concept, mechanism and method.
