摘要
在住院医师规范化培训社会化实践中,中山大学医学继续教育中心采取培训医院向社会公开招录培训学员与承接院外委托培训两种模式。两种模式利弊的比较结果显示,在目前人事管理体制下,承接院外委托培训更具有优越性;同时,考虑到培训医院自身人才建设的需要,社会公开招录培训学员仍然有其存在的价值。
Based on the practice in SUN Yat-sen University, this paper divides the resident physi- cians' standardized training and social practice into two models of that the training hospitals openly recruit trainees from the community and that undertake the commissioned training from the outside hospitals. The paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two social training models and thinks that under the current human resource management system, the latter is more superior. However, taking into account the needs of the training hospital' s own personnel development, recruiting trainees from the public still has its value.
