摘要
针对MWD随钻仪器下井仪器定向仪短节中重力传感器和磁力计器件易损坏,生产周期长的问题,在调整了重力计和磁力计型号后,根据实际定向传感器刻度数据处理模型和测试过程,提出在定向传感器生产工艺中应该注意的几点要求,并根据提出的要求进行工艺改进,尽可能提高定向传感器自身的精度。工艺改进后试生产,分析定向传感器全方位测试数据,效果理想。
In view of the gravitometer and magnetometer which in MWD downhole instrument direction detector nipple easy to damage and long production period,An adjustments to the gravitometer and magnetometer model are made,according to the data processing model and testing process of actual directional sensor calibration,Several requests should be noted in production technology of the directional sensor are proposed,the technology improvement are made according to these,and the precision of the directional sensor itself is as far as possible increased.Try to produce after the technology improvement is carried out and the omni-directional test data of the directional sensor is analyzed,and with satisfactory results.After near a year of application,product qualification rate reaches above 95%,productivity ratio is significantly increased and satisfactory effect is achieved.
