摘要
目前存储式电子压力计主要通过压力计托筒入井,使用过程中易出现无法通讯、数据非点、采点不完全、数据漂移等问题。文章综述了电子压力计的应用现状,介绍了在高温高压条件下电子压力计的测试工艺流程;阐述了井筒因素、工具可靠性、测试工艺和方法、测试时间以及压力计采点编程设计对高温高压地层测试工艺的影响,同时结合南堡5-81井的应用效果进行了实例分析,为电子压力计高温高压环境下的测试工艺积累了可借鉴的经验。
At present the storage type electronic pressure meter trips into the well mainly through the pressure gauge carrier,communication error,data nonpoint,sampling incomplete and data drift etc appear in the use of the process.This article reviewes the electronic gauge′s application,introduces electronic gauge′s test process under the HTHP′s condition,elaborates on wellbore factor,tool reliability,testing process and methods,testing time and electronic gauge′s scanning program design for HTHP layer on the test technology′s effect,and analyzes application effect of combined with the Nanpu 5-81 well,provides some experience for the electronic gauge testing under the HTHP environment.
