摘要
随着新疆双语教育进程的加快,和田地区双语教育也面临着新的发展机遇和挑战,特别是如何加强和田地区双语师资队伍建设,提高和田地区双语教学质量已成为迫切需要研究的课题之一。文章通过分析和田地区双语师资队伍的基本结构和特点,提出了加强和田地区双语师资队伍建设的策略和建议。
With the quick development of bilingual education in Xinjiang, the bilingual education in Hotan regions is faced with new opportunities and challenges. It is essential to deal with the development of bilingual teaching staff and the improvement of bilingual teaching in Hotan regions. This paper, based on the analysis of the structures and characteristics of the present situation, puts forward some suggestions on how to enhance the development of the bilingual teaching staff in Hotan regions.
