新疆高职高专院校实践教学基地建设现状与建议——以新疆教育学院为研究个案

A Study on the Current Situation of Practice Teaching Center for Vocational and Technical College Students and its Suggestions——Taking Xinjiang Education Institute as the Case Study

实践教学的目的在于培养和提高学生的动手能力和职业技能。实践能力薄弱、职业技能缺乏是导致高校毕业生就业困难不可忽视的重要因素。因此,加强实践教学,建设实践教学基地,将实践教学贯穿、渗透到专业教学的全过程是高校实践教学首先要解决的问题。

The purpose of practice teaching is to improve students＂ professional and operational abilities. According to the study, the difficulties of employment lie mainly in students＇incompetence in practice and professional skills. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen practice teaching through establishing practice teaching center and making it an integrated part of college education.
