高分级脑动静脉畸形立体定向放射外科研究进展

摘要 立体定向放射外科（Stereotactic Radiosurgery，SRS）技术用于脑动静脉畸形（arteriovenous malformations，AVM）治疗已有数十年的历史，具有创伤小、痛苦小、治疗简便的特点，患者易于接受，对小型AVM疗效确切㈤’，尤其适合功能区手术和介入风险大的病变，但对高分级病变，
