微波辐照和改性活性炭共同作用处理氨氮废水 被引量:4

摘要 采用NaOH和NaSiO3.9H2O对活性炭进行改性,在微波作用下利用改性活性炭处理氨氮废水。利用模拟氨氮废水考察了活性炭加入量,废水pH值、微波处理温度和微波辐照时间对氨氮去除率的影响。结果表明:在改性活性炭和微波辐照共同作用下,废水pH值对氨氮的去除率没有影响;活性炭对氨氮的吸附符合Langmuir吸附模型。在微波功率500 W,微波处理温度115℃,辐照时间6 min,改性活性炭为15 g/L时,对模拟氨氮废水和某催化剂厂实际氨氮废水进行处理,去除率均可达95%以上。 The activated carbon was modified using NaOH and NaSiO3·9H2O,and the ammonia-nitrogen wastewater was treated by microwave radiation and modified activated carbon.The effects of activated carbon dosage,pH value of wastewater,temperature and irradiation time on the removal of ammonia-nitrogen of the simulated ammonia-nitrogen wastewater were investigated.The results showed that the initial pH value of the wastewater had no effect on the removal of ammonia-nitrogen under the cooperation of microwave radiation and modified activated carbon.The adsorption of ammonia-nitrogen in wastewater by modified activated carbon could be fitted by Langmuir adsorption model.Under the treatment conditions of temperature 115 ℃,activated carbon dosage 15 g/L,microwave power 500 W and irradiation time 6 min,the removal of the simulated ammonia-nitrogen wastewater and the ammonia-nitrogen wastewater from a catalyst plant reached above 95%.
