关于新形势下中青年医务人员道德前景的若干思考

Exploration of moral prospects of the young and middle-aged medical personnel under the new situation

当前,大部分中青年医务人员有着较高的职业素养和道德操守,但也有少部分人的道德现状不容乐观。文章对当前医务人员的道德现状进行了大致归纳,简要进行了原由分析,并从理念信仰、制度体系、行为科学、医院文化、团队建设等方面对加强医务人员的职业道德建设进行了思考和探索。

At present, the majority of younger Chinese medical personnel has high professional quality and personal morality, while the moral situation of the minority of them has a worrying trend. The article introduced the current state of the morality of the medical personnel and presented a brief logical analysis of the causes, then explored how to strengthen the ethical standards of medical personnel from the following aspects, such as the ideal and faith, institutional framework, behavioral science, hospital culture and team construction.
