摘要
三江口水电站工程结合自身工程的特点,在工程建设中积极采用并探索"小业主,大监理"的管理模式,不断理顺发包人和监理人的工作关系,分清发包人和监理人的工作界限,发挥发包人在工程建设过程中的主导作用,真正使监理人能够切实行使发包人授予的权力,履行应尽的职责,承担应负的责任。
Sanjiangkou Hydropower Station adopted and explored the management pattern of "Small Sponsor for Large Supervisor" combining its characteristic. Rationalize the relationship between the employer and the supervisor constantly, distinguishing the boundaries of people's work between the contracting and supervisor, making the contract to play in a leading role in the process of the construction, really making the effective exercise of supervisor powers conferred by contracting to fulfill its duties, assume its responsibility.
