摘要
我国上世纪修建的大部分中小型水库,大多属于修建在多泥沙河流上的水库,其经几十年的运行后,库区泥沙淤积现象十分严重,加上当时修建技术水平和设计指标较低,水库现状防洪能力很难达到安全度汛需求。为了提高水库防洪性能水平,建议尽快采取清沙排淤、库区河流综合整治等技术措施增加水库的综合抗洪能力,减少泥砂淤积对水库防洪性能的影响,确保水库安全稳定度汛运行发展。
After running for decades, most small and medium reservoirs which had built at last century with lower design and construction level has very serious sedimentation, the status flood control capacity can not meet the project safety requirements during flood season. In order to improve the level of reservoir flood control performance, clear sand silt, reservoir area river comprehensive rehabilitation, and other technical measures are proposed to improve the reservoir comprehensive flood control capacity, reducing the sediment impact on reservoir flood control properties, to ensure the reservoir have high safe security during flood season.
