摘要
体制转轨后,行业院校内部面临着学科规划和建设的压力,外部面临着服务转型的艰巨任务。要解决这两个主要问题,必须从行业院校的自身特点出发,立足现实,着眼长远。学科建设要整体推进,提升内涵,强化特色;服务取向上,要在继续深化行业服务的同时,积极拓展区域服务。这是行业院校在新时期实现新发展的必要的战略选择。
After the transformation of external managing system,colleges and universities with industrial features are faced with the pressure from interior and exterior,mainly in discipline construction and service transformation.It is important to solve the two problems based on reality and with a view of long-term development.It is a strategic step to design holistic discipline in order to strengthen the characteristics,and it is essential to promote service for region as well as deepening service for industries.
