Reformation of Course Teaching Model Based on Improving Professional Strategy Skills:A Case Study of Banquet Design

提高学生的职业策略技能需依托先进的课程教学模式。依据职业岗位需求,应采取"对象+主题"的载体重构课程内容,创新"教、学案例,做、验作品"教学模式,配之动态的"宴会辞典"课程资源,以保障学生职业策略技能得以提高。

Improving students＇ professional strategy skills depends on the advanced teaching mode.In accordance with job requirements,some corresponding measures should be taken in the teaching process to ensure the improvement of students＇ skills.These measures include reconstructing the content of the course by ＂objects＋ themes＂,innovating the teaching model named ＂teach and learn the cases,create and evaluate the work＂ and developing the dynamic ＂Banquet Thesaurus＂.
