On Cultivating the Information Capability System of Enterprises

企业信息化提升企业工作效率与企业效益,企业信息化能力培育直接影响企业信息化建设的质量提升。企业管理者、企业员工、企业文化及企业运营体系构成了企业信息化能力要素,人的培育和信息化运营体系的建立是实现企业信息化能力培养的主要途径。企业信息化能力培育可通过经费投入、基础设施、IT组织与运营管理、规范化管理和战略执行体系五个方面进行。同时,通过IT组织调整及人员素质提升、信息化规划、基础设施完善、员工培训、信息化治理五个方面给予保障。

Enterprise informatization involves elements such as managers, employees, corporate culture and operation system. The training of staff and establishment of informatization operation system are the main tasks in cultivation of enterprises＂ information capability, which can be conducted from the following fields： financial input, infrastructure, IT organization and operation management, standardized management and strategic execution system. Meanwhile, the developments of such fields as IT organization adjustment ＆ staff quality promotion, informatization plan, perfection of infrastructure, personnel training and information management ensure the success of information capability cultivation.
