摘要
不同类型的遮弹层遮弹原理不同,其分散层厚度也不应相同。本文以155ram榴弹为例在全面分析和评价弹丸的速度、壳体、引信的瞬发度等因素对弹丸爆炸荷载影响的基础上,采用动力有限元程序璩-DYNA,对采用传统惰性材料遮弹层、反应式遮弹层和被动遮弹层时工事结构上的内力进行了计算,研究了分散层对爆炸荷载的衰减情况,提出了在不同种类遮弹层情况下分散层的合理厚度。
The dispersing layer thickness should be different for different types of bursting layer because of their differences in functioning mechanism. With an instance of 155ram shrapnel, a comprehensive analysis and evalua- tion is made for the influence of the factors on blast load of projectile. The influencing factors are projectile velocity, projectile wall, fuse trigger and so on. With the computer program LS-DYNA, the inner force of structure is calculated for the works using the bursting layer with traditional inertia material, reactive bursting layer and pas- sive bursting layer. The attenuation of blast load by the dispersing layer is researched. The reasonable thickness of the dispersing layer for different types of bursting layer is also proposed.
