摘要
OPC是为了解决不同厂商之间的控制系统之间的数据交换而发展起来的一个技术规范。针对工业控制领域中对多个PLC控制设备进行远程实时监测的应用需要,采用OPC技术,提出一种面向多PLC的远程实时监测系统的设计方案。本文以西门子的s7 PLC为例,讲述如何应用WinCC客户端采集simatic Net OPC服务器的数据,进行工业现场实时控制。
OPC is a technical specification which is developed to solve the data exchange between different control systems. For the application requirement of multiple remote PLC control equipment in the industrial field, OPC technology is applied to the remote real-time monitoring system design of PLC control system.In this paper will give an example about Siemens S7 PLC to show how to establish the data communication between WinCC.and Simatic Net.
