摘要
随着工业的发展和人民生活水平的提高,流域水污染使本已十分严重的水资源短缺问题更加突显。流域水污染影响着流域内公共卫生安全,制约着流域内各地区经济发展,阻碍着人与自然和谐相处。
With the industrial development and the improvement of people＇s living standards, water pollution makes water shortage more serious. Basin water pollution affects public health and safety, restricts the economic develop- ment within the watershed, impedes the harmony between man and nature.
