摘要
高职院校"校企合作"模式改变了传统人才培养模式,可充分发挥企业优势,实现校企双赢发展,"校企合作"已演化为多种发展模式,它能有效强化实践技能培养及提升人才综合素质,发达国家高职教育发展模式对我国具有重要的启示。
School -enterprise cooperation model has changed the traditional training model of vocational schools It can give full play to enterprise advantages and achieve win - win school - enterprise development.
