原发于骨骼肌的间变大细胞淋巴瘤激酶阴性间变大细胞淋巴瘤一例并文献复习

摘要
目的了解原发于骨骼的间变大细胞淋巴瘤激酶（ALK）阴性的间变大细胞淋巴瘤（ALCL）的临床表现、病理特征、治疗及预后。方法对1例原发于骨骼肌的ALK阴性的ALCL患者的临床表现及病理特征结合文献报道进行分析：结果该病例通过活组织检查最后确诊，给予化疗结论活组织检查仍然是该疾病诊断的可靠方法。此类疾病预后不佳，需要积极强烈的治疗。
