摘要
主要是研究机器人视觉中的LED光源控制器,即基于单片机的恒流源控制器。该恒流源以AT89S51为控制核心,采用了集成运放负反馈型的场效应管恒流源的基本结构。它的整体设计思路是运用负反馈原理,使整个闭环反馈系统处于动态的平衡中,从而达到稳定输出电流的目的。出于对LED背光源和场效应管的保护,系统中添加了短路保护和过流保护电路。系统采用了12位的A/D芯片MAX197和12位的D/A芯片MAX532,以完成单片机对输出电流的实时检测和实时控制。人机接口采用LED数码管显示器、独立键盘、外接串口,控制界面直观、简洁,具有良好的人机交互性能。
This article studies the light source controller in the robot vision, that is, the constant current source controller base on single chip. The constant current source uses AT89S51 as the control center, adopt a negative feedback operational amplifier integrated FET as the basic structure of the constant current source. Its overall design concept is to use the principle of negative feedback, forcing whole closed-loop feedback system in dynamic balance and achieving the purpose of stabilizing the output current. Out of LED backlighting and FET protection, the system add to short-circuit protection and over current protection circuit. System uses 12-bit A/D MAX197 chip and 12-bit D/A chip MAX532 to complete single chip real-time on the output current detection and control. With Man-Machine Interface with LED digital tube, independent keyboard and external serial port, the control interface intuitive,simple, and has good performance of man-machine interaction.
