摘要
患者男，36岁，以“乏力1个月，发热7d”为主诉于2010年9月26日首次入我院。血常规示：白细胞（WBC）1．1×10^9／L，血红蛋白（Hh）80g／L，血小板（Plt）24×10^9／L；骨髓象：骨髓增生活跃，
