推动心脏再同步治疗在我国的合理应用

Promoting rational use of cardiac resynchronization therapy in China
摘要
心脏再同步治疗（CRT）已成为伴有心室传导障碍心力衰竭患者的一线治疗方法。目前我国CRT应用正步入快速发展期，每年有近两千例心力衰竭患者接受CRT，并且这一数字以每年30％以上的速度增长。如何让每一例接受CRT的患者获益是一个现实问题。遗憾的是，目前国内外报道的CRT反应率并不理想，应用不同标准判断的CRT无反应率介于30％-50％。因此，提高CRT反应率，增加CRT效价比对于我国这样一个发展中国家尤为重要。
