球囊保护左心室导线直接拔除法临床应用

Direct extraction of left ventricular lead with protection of balloon

摘要 目的观察经静脉左心室导线拔除的有效性及安全性。方法对4例拟拔除左心室导线的患者，应用在静脉造影球囊充盈的情况下，在X线透视下行左心室导线的直接拔除术。结果3例拔除导线手术完全成功；1例为临床成功；无并发症。结论球囊保护左心室导线直接拔除法是有效、安全的。 To observe efficacy and safety of transvenous left ventricular lead extraction. Method Using intervenous contrast filling balloon to apply direct left ventricular lead extraction directed by Xray on four patients needing left ventricular lead removal. Result Complete extraction was achieved in three cases, one case was clinical success, and no complication was observed. Conclusion Direct left vemricnlar lead extraction with nroteetion of balloon is effective and safe.
