摘要
本文通过大鼠动物实验,发现静脉和侧脑室注射降钙素基因相关肽对大鼠血压和心率具有不同的作用,并具有剂量效应关系。此外,还对其作用机制进行了初步分析。
It was found that effects of intracerebroventricular (icv) or intravenous(iv) injection of calcitonin gene-related peptide on mean arterial pressure(MAP) and heart rate (HR) were different in rat study. Icv injection of CGRP increased MAP and HR, and this effect was blocked by reserpine. Iv injection of CGRP decreased MAP, and this effect could not be blocked by atropine and vagotomy. In addition, CGRP could dilate the rat caudal artery.These data suggest that CGRP has varieties of functions in central nervous system and cardiovascular system.
