摘要
通过分析民办高职院校餐饮服务与管理课程教学存在的问题,通过调查、对比和分析研究,结合民办高职院校实践教学工作的现状,提出相应的对策,帮助更好地培养适应于社会需求的、应用型技能型高等餐饮服务与管理职业人才。
This article analyzes the teaching problems of F&B Service and Management course in private voca- tional colleges. Combining the methods of investigation, comparison and analysis of the current situation of the teach- ing in private vocational colleges, the thesis proposes some countermeasures with a view to cultivating more applica- tion-oriented F&B service and management students that will better adapt to the social demand.
