The introduction of 'expectation'into the field is a major contribution of modern inflation theory.As a subjective psychological element,inflation expectation has become the 'booster'and 'accelerator'of objective inflation.In order to stabilize and eliminate inflation expectation,and to stop the acceleration of inflation,we should not only exert greater efforts in production,circulation,distribution and consumption,but also need to lower returns of inflation expectation.The fundamental answer to the fight against inflation lies in raising wage income and making it both indexed and legalized.
