许昌职业技术学院根据高职培养模式,积极探索和实践"校企合作、工学结合"人才培养模式,以培养学生全面素质、综合能力和就业竞争力为重点,利用学校和企业两种不同的教育环境和教育资源,采用课堂教学与学生参加实际工作有机结合,通过"产学合作、双向参与、顶岗实践"的实施,最终实现学生真正走向社会,企业真正参与教学环节中,注重学生的应用能力与创新能力提高。

Xuchang Vocational Technical College under the vocational training model,and actively explore and practice the ＂school-enterprise cooperation,work and study＂ training model to the overall quality of students,overall competitiveness and employment,focusing on the use of two different schools and business education environment and educational resources,the use of classroom teaching and students combine practical work,through the ＂university-industry cooperation,two-way participation,other posts practice＂ implementation,and ultimately to society genuine students,businesses involved in real teaching,the emphasis on student proficiency and innovation capacity.
