摘要
间充质干细胞(MSC)广泛存在于胎儿、成人骨髓、脂肪等不同组织中,是一种具有多向分化潜能的多能祖细胞,且具有广泛的免疫调节作用,在组织工程和免疫调节领域表现出极大的应用价值。MSC介导的免疫调节主要表现为免疫抑制,抑制细胞周期蛋白D2,发挥对各型免疫细胞非特异性的抗增殖及功能抑制效应。目前,对MSC免疫抑制的研究主要集中在吲哚胺-2,3-双加氧酶、地诺前列酮、一氧化氮等可溶性细胞因子以及调节性T细胞、T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞等靶细胞。现就MSC免疫调节机制的最新研究进展予以综述。
Mesenchymal stem cells(MSC)are a type of multipotent progenitor cell,isolated from the bone marrow,adipose tissue and various fetal and postnatal organs and tissues,with powerful immunomodulatory effects making MSC of great interest in tissue engineering and immunomodulatory.Underlying the MSC-mediated immunomodulatory mechanisms is a nonspecific immunosuppression effects,which include inhibition of proliferation and function of various immune cells,which is the consequence of cyclin D2 inhibition.At present,several studies have been conducted in the field of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase,prostaglandin E2,nitric oxide,and their target cells such as T regulatory cell,T cells,B cells.Here is to make a review on the recent research progress of the mechanisms of MSC-induced immunomodulation.
